Lucky Lola's turned the classic jalapeño bratwurst concept upside down and gave it a good shake. Longtime concepts of the jalapeño brat pretty much produced the same result: overbearing jalapeño pungency that dominates the rest of the flavor profile. We think a jalapeño brat should boast a kaleidoscope of flavors, not just something that tastes one dimensional. So dive in and enjoy the ride!

Sweet Jalapiña Heat

Sweet Pepper-Jack

For those who like a little more heat, with a no melt pepper jack cheese incorporated into our flagship brat for that extra burst of spicy, cheesy experience.

Ghost Pepper Cheese

This bratwurst pulls off an amazing feat of flavor! Incorporating high quality, high-temp, no-melt, Ghost Pepper Cheese that gives this bratwurst a level of heat you can actually enjoy. You'll eat more than one!

Ingredients

Currently we are undergoing a reformulation on the spice block for the bratwurst so that we can try to delete MSG.

Directions

For best results, grill these bratwurst with indirect heat of about 350-400 degrees or use a smoker to bring meat temp of bratwurst to a safe 145 degrees. Add your favorite toppings and enjoy!
